PurrUs Is on the Road! - by Jack Cole

During our travels, we had some time to meet several local catizens. While in Azerbaijan (Central Asia in between Iran and Russia on the Caspian Sea), we were delighted to discover that cats are very much a welcome and integrated part of life in the capital city, Baku. The cats welcomed themselves into hotels and stores. They happily strolled up to us for pats and enjoyed fresh meat kababs. This fellow, who we called Oskar, hung out with us for a while before stretching out in the middle of a park for a nap.
