Re-meet and Re-Greet #5 (or 4b): Lucky

Here is an update by our good friend Barbara letting us know about her new kitten Lucky:

I was going to post a video of me playing adorably, but I didn’t feel like it. Actually, all of a sudden, I didn’t feel like eating, or even holding my head up. I just wanted to sleep! That’s really weird for a kitten - I should be climbing curtains and inspecting the two inches in between the floor and the entertainment center, right?. Well, it turns out I have Fading Kitten Syndrome! It’s a thing, and it happens fast. There isn’t any one cause. A lot of feral kittens have it and only about 60% of us make it, so I’m super Lucky (my name!) that I got rescued. I have to have a saline solution drip put right into my skin twice a day, but I don’t mind. And don’t you worry - I’m gonna beat this ‘cause I wanna post again.

Update (2/16/24): Lucky is recovered and thriving! Way to go little guy!
